Quality Statement
BMS maintains a Quality System that is compliant to international standards. Our system is comprised of all of the elemental criteria needed to ensure that the work environment is controlled, and that our products are consistent and exceed our customer requirements.

History of BMS
Burlington® Manufacturing Services (BMS) was formed as a business unit of ITG in March 2004 for the purpose of utilizing excess capacities at the ITG USA manufacturing plants. In 2006 BMS restructured the business to sell manufacturing services only for the Pioneer Plant and continue to service the four (4) customers at the Burlington® House Finishing Plant.

In January of 2007, ITG sold the Burlington® House Mattress Ticking business, which resulted in Pioneer losing 50% of its volume. Therefore, ITG made the decision to close or sell the Pioneer Plant.

In April of 2007, Robert Sills, who started the BMS business unit, with the help of Marvin Gaines, Jim Joyner, and Ken Maines, purchased the Burlington® Manufacturing Services business. The purchase included the Pioneer Plant, two (2) additional buildings, and 37 acres of land, all inventories, machinery, and equipment located in the plant. The business will be operated under the name of Burlington® Manufacturing Services (BMS), with one manufacturing plant, Pioneer, located at 1305 Graham Street, Burlington, NC. The sale does include the right to use the BMS name, retention of all customers, and all open orders at time of purchase. BMS has a customer base of about 60 - 70 customers.

BMS made the decision to sell the real estate to Lee Properties from High Point and signed a long-term lease effective April 2007. BMS has now emerged as a new debt free company with a strong base of inventory, machinery and equipment.

BMS will focus on providing yarn preparation of flat yarn and textured yarn for both decorative warps and dyed yarns, with novelty and twisting capabilities. We will focus our attention on growing the package dye business and selling slasher dyed ticking warps. We will continue to sell dyeing and finishing capacities with joint venture companies. BMS will provide these much needed services to the domestic textile market.

All of the highly skilled and experienced employees of BMS are committed to the satisfaction of our customers. We look forward to continued service and growth with much excitement and anticipation.
